Recently I decided to make some more changes to my 73 Creative car for this year, and while most of the changes are small, I put some thought into each of them. Here's a quick rundown for those curious:

Straight away from the photo you can tell that the paint splatter is a lot more on the front of the car than before. The splatter stops before the "73" in the rear logos, doesn't continue onto the A-Pillars, and stops before the front windshield. In my opinion, this gives the car a much more rugged appearance which it was missing before. The back end of the car also has gradiented paint splatter above the gas cap, which was done in order to fill space.

The next significant round of changes comes on the front end of the car. The colored splatter is a little more subtle, which I did to contribute to the rugged look of the overall livery. The white paint in general is chipped, whereas previously it was solidly white. Again, this was done to make the livery more aggressive. The "358 C.I." on the hood is silver instead of black now, which was mostly done just because it looks cool. Not everything contributes to a bigger theme :).

This is a photo of the paint scheme I ran during my first FTF win, and my FTF Grand National Series championship. If it isn't obvious, going back to the rugged look of this car was the primary inspiration for re-designing the 2023 version of the scheme. Features present on this car, which made their way to the 2023 re-design of the scheme, include:
A chrome "358 C.I." badge on the hood
Chrome accenting
Colored paint splatter behind the 73 Creative logo
The last change to the car wasn't a throwback but rather more of an experiment. Typically, I make the black part of my 73 Creative schemes matte. This time around, I decided to make the black paint nearly 100% metallic in order to make it as dark as possible in all lighting. You can see this in the first image in this post.
